Our policy for sample requests:

  • Samples usually ship within 2 business days from when the request is submitted.
  • E-mail address is required with all requests so we can contact you easily.  (privacy policy)
  • If you desire expedited shipping, you may provide a UPS account number with your request
  • Only barrier pipette tips are shipped sterile.  All other products will be sampled using the non-sterile product equivalent. 
  • Sample quantities are generally small, for example tube samples will include about 5 tubes, racked tips will include one rack. If you feel you need a larger quantity for evaluation, please let us know and we will consider your request.
